Our hours are by appointment, and we typically run on a very timely manner. If you should arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment please check out the coffee shop downstairs or the little boutiques next to us!
We are on the 2nd floor, via stairs, please let us know if you are
unable to handle stairs and we will refer you to someone we trust.
We do have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Please remember to make any changes to your appointment if necessary. Our retainer fees or drawing fees are non refundable.
If extended edits are requested, an additional $50 re-draft fee per 3 working hours, will be included with the final charge. We want the client to have a sense of being part of the process and we want you to be thrilled.
